Self Taught Skills
Learning to bake at a young age, both grandmothers taught me the skills I needed to start baking on my own. These skills are constantly developing as I research and experiment with new (to me) techniques. I love being able to share this all with you!
Female Owned Business
Sweet Blooms Confectionery is a female owned and run bakery. Having lived all over the country as a military spouse, Melissa opened Sweet Blooms Confectionery in 2021 to be able to contribute to her family's income.
